Aalvent Homes offers a number of payment options for your to purchase your dream home. And if you need to finance the purchase through a home mortgage loan, there are several options available.
Payment Options
Option 1: Outright Purchase
Under this option, you pay the full purchase price (100%) and take immediate possession of the property. We will send our account details for you to make your payment, and thereafter, commence formal transfer of title.
Option 2: Phased Payments

A second option is for you to complete your payment in phases, if purchasing a home that is not yet completed. A 25% initial deposit is due within 14 days from the date of offer, 40% due at shell construction stage completion, and the balance due upon completion of your home. Under this option, a 2.5% earnest non-refundable money deposit applies, which grants Aalvent Homes the right to keep this deposit in the event that you decide to cancel your purchase. The earnest deposit shall, however, not be retained, if Aalvent Homes does not hand over your completed house in the period stipulated in your purchase contract.
