The Buzzi Akright Mini Estate project remains on track. As of August 15, interior and external plastering work on the main structure, servant’s quarters has been completed.

Installation of door and window frames, as well as initial landscaping work will start soon.

Progress continues on construction of the Aalvent Homes project in Uganda.  As of today, roofing works have been completed and work has started on interior and external wall finishes, as well as construction of the perimeter wall. 

The next phase, expected to start later this month, will include landscaping and installation of doors and windows. 

Earlier this month, Aalvent Homes launched Buzzi Akright Mini Estate,  its first housing project in Uganda. The estate will comprise up to five single-family properties located in Buzzi (Akright), Wakiso District, just off Kampala-Entebbe Road. Construction works are underway with the first home well on schedule to be completed in October 2024. 

Ground excavation, substructure and foundation works have been completed. Wall construction and framing are now in progress.

Over the course of June, we expect to complete the second-floor slab and wall framing, as well as the roof and window installation.
