Construction Update on Bwebajja, Wakiso Housing Project

Earlier this month, Aalvent Homes launched its first housing project in Uganda, which will comprise up to five single-family properties. The project is located in Buzzi (Akright), Wakiso District, just off Kampala-Entebbe Road. Construction works are underway with the first home well on schedule to be completed in October 2024.

Ground excavation, substructure and foundation works have been completed. Wall construction and framing are now in progress.

Over the course of June, we expect to complete the second-floor slab and wall framing, as well as the roof and window installation.
